ABOUT INPHASE
InPhase Inc provides a mobile application designed for habit tracking with soft recommendations related to stress management and relaxation. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the InPhase mobile application and related services. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT
The InPhase app requires account creation. The app is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
ACCOUNT ACCESS AND SECURITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
PAID ACCESS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
The app is a paid product. During beta periods, access may be granted under special conditions, including payments handled outside the app. In the future, access will be provided through a monthly subscription. There are no in app purchases and no free trials unless explicitly stated.
Payments are non refundable unless required by law.
ACCOUNT DELETION
You cannot currently delete your account directly in the app. To request deletion, you must contact hello@joininphase.com
. Account deletion features may be added in the future.
AI FEATURES AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The app includes AI powered features that provide general tips and recommendations. These are not instructions, medical advice, or professional guidance. The AI is designed to offer supportive insights only.
HEALTH AND WELLNESS DISCLAIMER
InPhase is a habit tracking and wellness support tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. The app should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always seek advice from qualified professionals for health related decisions.
USER CONTENT
You may enter personal notes and data about your day. This content is private, is not visible to other users, and is used only to provide app functionality and AI analysis. There is no public or shared user generated content.
PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to:
• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access other users’ data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Scrape, extract, or reuse app data
• Resell, sublicense, or exploit the app
• Interfere with app security or performance
We reserve the right to investigate and take action against misuse.
SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required to protect the service, users, or legal obligations.
AVAILABILITY AND INTERNATIONAL USE
The app is available for use outside the United States. The primary target market is the United States, and U.S. laws apply where relevant.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The app is provided as is and as available. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, accuracy, or availability.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InPhase Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, loss of profits, or personal decisions made based on app content.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may notify you through the app or by updating the effective date.
