InPhase Inc is a tech startup. Our services are the InPhase mobile application and the support website joininphase.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how it is shared when you use our services. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use our services.

Some information is visible to other users, such as your name on the Streak Leaderboard.

You may also share sensitive information such as period dates, energy levels, goals, metrics, disruptions, notes in Day Tracker, and messages in AI Chat. If you connect Apple Health, you share heart rate and step count data. We protect this information and do not share it with other users or third parties.

When you contact Support, we collect the information you provide to resolve your request.

INFORMATION WE GET WHEN YOU USE OUR SERVICES

We collect information about how and when you use our services.

USAGE INFORMATION

We collect activity data such as feature usage and streak activity.

CONTENT INFORMATION

We collect content you create, including notes and AI Chat messages.

DEVICE INFORMATION

We collect device details such as hardware model, operating system version, app identifiers, language, and time zone.

CAMERA, PHOTOS, AND AUDIO

We do not collect or store this data.

COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

We may use cookies and similar technologies to understand usage. You can disable cookies in your device settings, but this may affect service functionality.

We do not use tracking for marketing, cross marketing, or affiliate marketing.

LOG INFORMATION

CHILDREN

Our services are not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Contact us if this occurs.

UPDATES
